About three years later, I was hired by the Minnesota Department of Corrections and I worked as a probation and parole agency in other rural jurisdictions for four years. In 1984, feeling the need for a change, I moved to Tucson, Arizona after being hired by the Pima County Adult Probation Department. I have worked as a probation officer, first providing supervision and now writing presentence investigations for the Superior Court in Pima County.
